Cookie policy
What this website and the Nexur apps store on your device. The short answer: nothing that is used to track you.
Updated on 25 September 2026.
The reference version of this page is the Italian one; this is a courtesy translation, and if the two ever differ the Italian text applies.
The nexurgroup.com website
- No cookies of ours. Not technical, not analytics, not profiling. That is why there is no banner to close.
- A security one, sometimes. The pages are delivered by Cloudflare. If a request looks like it comes from an automated program, Cloudflare may show you a check and leave the cf_clearance cookie, used only so it doesn’t ask you again, and it expires on its own. It is strictly necessary to protect the site, and under the law it does not require consent.
- No browser storage. The site does not use localStorage, sessionStorage or IndexedDB either, which are used to remember things between visits.
- Language. When you arrive from elsewhere, a script in the page reads the language your browser declares and, if you prefer the other one, takes you to the same page in that language. It does not save the choice or send it anywhere: it works it out again each time.
- No third-party resources. Fonts, images, style sheets and scripts all come from this domain.
The Nexur Hub console
Hub uses no analytics, profiling or third-party cookies. So you don’t have to sign in on every visit, it keeps an encrypted session token in the browser’s IndexedDB storage. It lasts 30 days, and goes away when you sign out of the console or clear the site’s data from your browser.
That token is strictly necessary to give you the service you asked for, namely staying signed in: under the law it does not require consent (Article 122 of the Italian Personal Data Protection Code), which is why Hub has no banner. Hub is also delivered by Cloudflare, so the cf_clearance security cookie described above applies here too.
The Nexur Sell, Make and Team apps
The phone and tablet apps do not use cookies. They store on the device only what they need to work:
- the access token, in the system’s protected storage (Keychain on iOS, Keystore on Android);
- in Sell and Make, if you set a PIN, its encrypted fingerprint — never the PIN itself;
- in Sell, a local copy of the sales journal and the tickets left open, so the till keeps working when the network drops;
- in Team, a phone code that ties your account to that device;
- in Make, a few display preferences.
None of the apps contains analytics, advertising or tracking tools, ours or third-party. What they handle, and on whose behalf, is explained in the app privacy notice.
If this ever changes
If we ever needed a cookie or a tool that is not strictly necessary, we would ask for your consent with a banner first, and this page would change before that day, not after.
